Yesterday was kinda' tough. I was sore and stiff from the 58 mile ride on Sunday. I do really enjoy my rest days though. Its kinda' like how good it feels when you stop hitting yourself in the head with a hammer. Not that I really know how that feels.

Its amazing how fast I recover from the long rides though. I was just a little stiff when I started out on my ride tonight. I decided to just take a nice comfortable ride tonight. Its amazing how fast my comfortable rides are becoming now.
